Updates since last version (v0.3.200)
- changed: xml output (new syntax!)
  - tag names:
    1. <item name="MyTag">.. goes to <MyTag>..
    2. <123XY.. special by xml as <xn--123XY..
  - removed: documenttype (dtd adding for the next versions)
- fixed: game detailed trophy data
   - changed some regex strings (get less wrong values)
   - hidden trophies with names: 'Hidden Trophy'
- fixed: filter cat=none display just the api info
- fixed: avoid stupid errors by error=1

- fixed: trophy data by US 'get_ordered_trophies_data'
- removed: trophy data by US 'get_ordered_title_details_data'
